FAQ
Questions we get every week
If yours is not here, WhatsApp us — we answer quickly.
Send us the date and city over WhatsApp or the contact form. We normally reply the same day with availability and an initial quote. In wedding season, weekends book out early — the sooner you ask, the better.
Yes. The studio works between Amman and Dubai, and we shoot in both countries with the same crew and the same production standard. For events outside those two cities, travel and accommodation are added to the quote transparently.
A short teaser can be delivered within a few days when it is part of the package. The highlight film typically takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on project size and season, with the full-length edit after it. We put the timeline in writing before the event so there is no ambiguity.
Yes, and it is one of the most requested add-ons. We stream with two or more cameras and live switching, take audio from the venue's sound desk rather than a camera mic, and prepare a backup connection because venue Wi-Fi is what fails most. You get a private link to share, plus a full recording afterwards.
Not always — it depends on the venue's location. Some sites sit near airports, fall inside restricted zones, or need permits arranged in advance, and the rules differ between Jordan and the UAE. Send us the venue name and location and we will check before you sign, so we never promise a shot we cannot legally deliver.
The highlight film is the piece you will actually watch and share: three to six minutes, built as a story with music and a colour grade. The full edit is documentary by nature and covers the ceremony, speeches and dances at length — watched once or twice, but irreplaceable years later.
We always welcome your suggestions. The only constraint is licensing: some commercial tracks get videos blocked or muted on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. We will suggest licensed alternatives with the same feel, or deliver two versions — one for public sharing and one private copy for you.
It depends on the package and the size of the event: from a single operator on small sessions, to a crew of four or more on large weddings that include a crane and a live stream. The exact number is stated in the quote before you sign.
The date is held with a written agreement and a booking deposit. The balance follows an agreed schedule, usually settled around the event date or on delivery. All of it is written into the contract — no surprises later.
Contact us as early as possible. If the crew is free on the new date, we move the booking straight across. If it is already taken, we work out an option with you — including recommending a crew we trust. The exact terms are set out in the contract.
Yes, and we treat it as a core part of planning rather than an afterthought. Tell us at booking about the nature of the event and any women-only sections, and we will staff the crew accordingly.
Standard delivery is the finished, graded pieces, because raw files are enormous and need specialist software to be useful. If you need the raw footage for a specific reason, raise it before signing and we will write it into the agreement.
